The JOYS of parenting...well a few of them anyways.

Haylee NEVER falls asleep in her own bed for 2 reasons 1 Wayne and I started a bad habit long ago when she was a baby where we held her to fall asleep and it has turned into watching a DVD in our bed (she does get moved to her bed each night after she falls asleep) and 2 because TJ is in bed and they share a room and since TJ goes to bed before her and I don't want her woken up by Haylee. So last night was no different except for Haylee (who NEVER takes naps) took a nap so at 11pm she was still awake when Wayne and I crawled into our "community bed". :) I randomly said to Haylee "hey why don't you go to your own bed" ha ha right? she goes "OK". So Wayne put her in her own bed and predicted she would be back in our errr the community bed in no time, I was just hoping she didn't make a noise and wake Taelor up. A few mins. later I hear her, at first she was saying Taelor, Taelor I was like ugghhh, so we told her to be quiet then I hear this quiet little singing. It was so soft and just relaxing and I looked and Wayne and was laughing, I thought it was so cute. Wayne snuck up to see what she was doing and to try to hear what she was singing. She was curled up on her bed singing to herself and neither of us could really make out what she was singing but it was the sweetest thing....... awwwww........THEN she hollered for me, woke Taelor up and ended up in our bed the whole night!!! LOL no joking!!!

Part 2

Haylee has made up her own special language, we know she is fully capable of speaking our language , but this is hers and you will occationally get a word you understand in there or a bunch of words that just don 't make sense. Anyways tonight she was reading a book to her babydoll in bed in this language of hers and here are a few pics. I did hear her say something about being beautiful, but what was funny was the book that she got off my bookshelf and choose to read (see the picture).
